Purely Headshots Session Terms and Conditions

Products and Services Provided

Tethered Tripod Photography agree to supply one fifteen minute studio session to obtain a business portrait of the client, to edit one image and provide that image as both a high-resolution, print ready image and as a web sized image for use on social media platforms and websites.

The photo session will take place at Tethered Tripod Photography studio or another location specified on the booking form and will take place only on the date specified as advertised. An individual time slot will be selected and purchased by the client.

The image used will be selected by the photographer as being the best from a selection of images captured during the photo session.

The image will have limited post-process editing applied to adjust for light, tone and colour balance.

Additional images are available to purchase at a fee of £15.00 per additional image. Additional images will be provided as high-resolution, print ready and web sized files the same as the original image.They will also undergo similar post-process editing.

Prices and Payment

The price to attend for a quick headshot session is £30.00.

The fee is payable in advance at the time of booking.

The fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the client.

A full refund will be available if the session is cancelled by the photographer

Shipping and Delivery

Images will be edited and made available for digital download within 7 days of the photo-shoot. The client will receive and e-mail with a link that is unique to them, to download their image(s).

Hard copies, prints and digital files on other media such as flash drives, will incur additional cost and should be discussed with Tethered Tripod Photography.

Digital files cannot be provided on CD ROM or DVD media.

Guarantees and Warranty

Tethered Tripod Photograpy guarantees the images will be of high resolution and suitable for use in print and on all social media platforms.

Tethered Tripod Photography will deliver what it considers to be the best of the images captured.

There is no right to reject on the basis of style, composition or editing.

Refunds and Complaints

The client has the right to open dialogue with Tethered Tripod Photography if they are genuinely unhappy with the final product. we are open to discuss your needs however, it must be remembered that these are business style headshots and they will be stylised in this manner. If you require more creative interpretations or imagery, then you should consider one of our other packages.

Liability

While Tethered Tripod Photography takes all reasonable care in the performance of this agreement generally, it shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the Client of by any third party arising from use or reproduction of any picture or its caption.

Transport to and from the photography session location is solely the responsibility of the client and Tethered Tripod Photography cannot in any way be liable for disruption to road, rail and air networks.

Licence and Intellectual Property Rights

The images taken remain the copyright of the photographer and Tethered Tripod Photography. As such they can be used by the photographer in marketing their own business and to show the quality of their work to other prospective clients.

The client has a limited licence to use the image in any printed material, website or social media platform. This includes promotion of the client and/or their business across the world without incurring any additional cost through licencing fees.

Confidentiality

The Photographer and Tethered Tripod Photography will keep confidential and will not disclose to any third parties or make use of information communicated to them in confidence for the purposes of the photography, save as may be reasonably necessary to enable the Photographer or Tethered Tripod Photography to carry out their obligations in relation to the commission.
